From our warehouse to your doorstep, here's how we handle delivery, tracking, and returns for every TeaKM order.
01Delivery Areas
We currently deliver to all major cities and towns across India through our trusted logistics partners. Serviceability for a specific pincode can be checked on the product page or at checkout.
02Delivery Timeframes
Standard delivery typically takes 3-5 business days, while express delivery, where available, takes 1-2 business days. Delivery timelines may vary during sale periods, festive seasons, or due to circumstances beyond our control.
03Shipping Charges
We offer free standard shipping on orders above a specified value, with a nominal shipping fee applicable below that threshold. Any applicable charges will be clearly shown at checkout before payment.
04Order Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking link via email or SMS that allows you to monitor your shipment in real time until it reaches your doorstep.
05Return Eligibility
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery for products that are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging with all tags and seals intact. Perishable tea products that have been opened cannot be returned unless defective or damaged.
06Return Process
To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and reason for return. Once approved, we will arrange a pickup or provide instructions for shipping the product back to us. Refunds are processed after the returned item passes quality inspection.
07Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product or variant, please return the original item for a refund and place a new order.
08Damaged or Defective Items
If your order arrives damaged, tampered with, or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the product and packaging so we can arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.
